Zane

Zane is the New York Times bestselling author of fourteen titles. In addition to writing, Zane is the publisher of Strebor Books International, an imprint of Atria/Simon & Schuster. Under Strebor, Zane is responsible for acquiring dozens of titles per year and currently has more than seventy-five authors under her imprint including the Honorable Judge Greg Mathis and New York Times bestselling author Omar Tyree. In December 2005, Strebor Books became the first major publishing house to implement an independent sales representative program. Charmaine R. Parker is a former newspaper journalist who worked as a reporter, copy editor, and managing editor. She is the publishing director for Strebor Books.

Mellony Torres, Senior Publicist

Mellony Torres handles publicity for a range of genres, including women's fiction, historical fiction, nonfiction, and memoirs. Mellony has worked on New York Times bestsellers America's Most Wanted Recipes by Ron Douglas, Kate Morton's The Forgotten Garden, and The Map of Time by Felix J. Palma. Mellony also works with many of the Latino authors, which are part of the Atria Español Latino publishing program that was launched in the spring of 2006. She is currently working with New York Times bestselling author Ellen Hopkins on her first adult novel Triangles.

Diana Franco, Senior Publicist

Diana Franco joined Atria as a senior publicist in January 2011, after five years in the publicity department at the Random House Publishing Group/Ballantine Bantam Dell. She handles campaigns in a wide range of genres including women’s and general fiction, memoirs, self-help, and history.  Currently she is working with María Dueñas on The Time in Between, Betsy Myers on Take the Lead, Alan Lazar on Roam, among others.

Adiya Mobley, Associate Publicist

Adiya joined Atria Books in September 2008 and specializes in African American literature. She has handled PR campaigns for Relationships Expert, Demetria Lucas, floral designer Olivier, and debut novelist Rashad Harrison. She has also played a key role in the success of Strebor Books, as well as a number of bestselling authors including rapper Common and International Bestseller Maria Dueñas. Ariele Fredman, Publicist

Ariele joined Atria in August 2010 and handles publicity for a wide range of titles. She has created publicity campaigns for New York Times bestselling author Spencer Quinn, legendary golfer Tom Watson, international bestseller Lisa Jewell, and has assisted on publicity campaigns for Shania Twain, Jodi Picoult, Vince Flynn, Brad Thor, Nina Garcia, Sir Roger Moore, and Portia de Rossi. Hillary Tisman, Marketing Manager

Hillary Tisman serves as a liaison between the Atria publisher's office and the bookselling community, and she coordinates marketing campaigns for individual titles and authors as well as multi-title promotions.

Darlene Delillo, Global Program Manager for The Secret

Darlene Delillo oversees domestic, international and foreign publications of all the Secret titles, in all formats: The Secret, The Secret Gratitude Book, and The Secret Daily Teachings, all by Rhonda Byrne; and The Secret to Teen Power, by Paul Harrington. She is also the Program Manager for Atria Distribution Client Cash Money Content.

Kimberly Goldstein, Managing Editor

Kimberly Goldstein oversees the entire production process from manuscript to finished book for Atria Books, Emily Bestler Books, Washington Square Press, Atria/Beyond Words, and Strebor Books.

Jeanne Lee, Senior Art Director

Jeanne M. Lee, Art Director at Atria Books, began her career as a high school summer intern for both the Pocket Books and Simon & Schuster Art Departments. She continued interning during her summer and winter breaks throughout her four years at SUNY Purchase College, where she earned her BFA in graphic design.

Jeanne officially joined Pocket Books as a designer shortly after graduation. Her more than 25 years of experience creating jackets and covers for books in all formats and for numerous imprints allows her to successfully design and art direct for Atria's diverse list of titles. Her work has been featured in Print, New York Book Show, Communication Arts, and Society of Illustrators.

Lisa Keim, Vice President & Director, Subsidiary Rights

Lisa Keim oversees all international and domestic subsidiary rights for the Atria list.

Judith Curr, Executive Vice President and Publisher

As publisher and founder of Atria Books, Judith has ultimate responsibility for all the editorial, publishing, and marketing activities of the Atria imprint. Judith believes in creating books that are physically beautiful and that can help to shape the culture in positive, constructive ways. She was the guiding force behind the publishing of the international phenomenon The Secret by Rhonda Byrne (more than 16 million copies sold). Judith is an industry leader in adopting new technologies and developing innovative marketing strategies. She currently teaches a course at New York University called: From Writer to Reader: An Introduction to Book Publishing (Spring semester). In just ten years, she has overseen Atria’s growth into a consistently successful and forward-thinking division within legendary publishing powerhouse Simon & Schuster, Inc. A native of Australia, Judith has been an executive in American publishing since 1996.
